A 55 miler training run.....

So...I spoke too soon about the waning of enthusiasm for training didn't I. Here's four of the team at Dunstable Hill, half way round a 55 miler 'warm up'.

With my road bike still 'on order' ("sorry sir, things seem to be moving slowly from Italy at the moment"....when did anything on the road in Italy ever go slowly eh?) I feel like I'm getting behind in the training.

Note to self....pull your socks up mate and get out there on a bike, any bike.......

I've not noticed any of those "we're going for a 50 mile training ride this weekend" emails recently. Is this because you've run out of steam up there in Chorley Wood ...or is it that I just don't get invited anymore!

I've got an excuse ....my bike frame cracked last week, leaving me bike-less until my new Bianchi arrives.
